German 75
Our twist on the French 75!
Use our Perle Sparkling wine as the base to this fun cocktail
Ingredients:
1 oz. Gin (I used a citrus flavored gin, but any dry gin will do!)
½ oz. of Simple Syrup
½ oz. of Lemon Juice
5 oz. of Perle
Lemon twist for Garnish
Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in your gin, lemon juice & simple syrup. Shake that up until the shaker is nice & cold!
Step 2: Strain your cocktail into a glass of your choice, preferably a nice Weis glass.
