Our team is driven by our passion and appreciation for the Finger Lakes region and everything it has to offer. The vineyards of our area produce high-quality grapes and we feel privileged to create wine here.
Day Road Estate Vineyard
Location: Day Rd., Keuka Lake
This vineyard site is just minutes from the winery. It is the first estate vineyard for Weis Vineyards and was planted in the Spring of 2020.
Varietals Planted: Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Saperavi
Weis – Fournier Estate Vineyard
Location: Seneca Lake
Located on the east side of Seneca Lake, the vineyard encompasses 182 acres total, with 141 acres currently planted. Plantings at the site began in the early 1970s under the direction of Charles Fournier and have been meticulously and sustainably maintained in recent years. Today, the vineyard stands as one of the largest contiguous vinifera plantings on the East Coast featuring mature vines that have contributed to some of the best wines produced in the Finger Lakes over several decades.
